It’s hard to believe that two and a half years have passed so quickly. 
The shop has changed considerably, especially over the past six months – this includes new blinds and a new canopy for the shop as well as new customers. 

Our daughter, Rebeca (12 going on 20), has started at Benton Park High School and is into the guitar and designing computer games.

We have quite a few new additions to our stock including various types of flour (suitable for bread makers) and yeast from a local mill. 
To complement our gluten free goods we now stock self raising flour, pizza and pastry flour as well as pasta, crackers and biscuits. 
A lot of our new stock is organic in origin and these include pasta sauces, soya oil and sunflower oil, stock cubes and a variety of snacks including hand baked kettle crisps. 

We also stock herbal teas and Fair Trade black tea and breakfast blend.

From Saturday October 22nd we will be closed for a week for a well earned holiday.  It will be nearly four years by then since we have enjoyed a week in the sun, so we are really looking forward to it.  We look forward to welcoming our customers back after that week, when the kids go back to school and we can look forward to Christmas. 
Believe me it comes round so quickly each year you wonder where the time has gone!
