My Mother, Joan, was a Jam and Pickle maker and
passed along her know-how to me. 
In our house anything that could be preserved was preserved
- nothing went to waste. 
Owning a Greengrocers shop meant I had access to lots of different fruits and vegetables, so adding homemade jams, marmalades and pickles was a logical step. 
The preserves were named after my Mother, who sadly left us in September 2002. 
I'm sure she would be proud.

The preserves you will find in the shop change from week to week. 
They are all made with the same, quality, stock we offer you on a daily basis. 
Joanie's Homemade Preserves are made of completely natural ingredients
- they contain no artificial colors or preservatives.
